March 29: Yes folks, it is what it looks like, a broken thumb! Zach and I got up early so we could be one of the first at urgent care. We saw Dr. Lyons who is always great with the boys when we go there. He said there was still some dislocation so he fixed that and then the but came, he also has a small fracture. He said at least 4-6 wks out of baseball. When I asked him if he thought it would need surgery he would not say so that has me concerned. We see Dr. Klepper in the morning and then probably on to an orthopod. Pray for just a 4-6wk cast and no surgery.
